We ship all over the world for actual shipping cost.
How long time will it take for my order to come?
We ship all over the world for actual shipping and packaging cost, or less if more products are purchased. Please contact us for any discount.
Actual shipping times will vary, but usually within a week for Europe and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world. We will always provide proof of postage, and will work with the shipping company in case any shipment is lost for a quick resolution.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Postage and packaging costs depend on the weight of your order and are determined by AnPost in Ireland. As a general guideline, one cream pot will cost between €6 and €15, depending on where in the world you are. For the US, a typical cream costs €12. For United Kindom, Norway and the rest of Europe, this is €8. Ireland is €6. Australia and New Zealand are €15.
We will always give discounts for multiples and an extra jar will only cost an extra €1. Please contact us for discounts.
These prices were a lot cheaper before quarter 1 in 2022 and once/if the shipping prices are reduced, so will our costs be too."
Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
You are welcome to return any product within a month of purchase. It is very important to us that you are happy as our customer. If you have any questions, or are unhappy for whatever reason – Please contact us!
